Description: Swan Valley Nyungah Community viewed through the locked gates, the community was an Indigenious Australian residentual community on government land in the 1970's then vested to the community in 1994. Following an enquiry into claims of abuse at the community the government closed the site and removed the families in 2003. Since then it has remained vacant and the closure has been subject to a number of ongoing court cases
