Description: Photograph of the performance of The Twelve Pound Look, by J.M. Barrie, at Shimer College in 1951-1952, from the 1952 yearbook of Shimer College. Now a liberal arts college in Chicago, Shimer was then located in Mount Carroll, Illinois. A young Mitzi Hoag is seated at the center of the photo. Other members of the cast, not all of whom are shown, included Les Hammersley, Phyllis Butcher, and George Beauchamp. Published in the school's 1952 yearbook, which does not contain a copyright notice. Additionally in the public domain due to the terms of dedication of the Shimer College Collection (which includes a copy of this yearbook) to Northern Illinois University in 1979, which vested literary rights in the collection in the public.
