Description: Trio of musicians playing together at the Athabascan Fiddle Festival in November 2011. The lineup you see, where two guitarists back the fiddler, is common for this type of music; sometimes a bassist will replace one of the guitarists. The guitarist at left is Sam Pitka (1954–2017). I've long since forgotten who the other two persons were.
