No further details available, because the photo seems to be miscaptioned on the page where I found it (same caption that clearly applies accurately to the other photo on the page, someone presumably cut and pasted badly). USCGC Fir is now on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places (ID #92001880) and is moored on the Seattle, Washington waterfront at 1519 Alaskan Way South.
