Description: The Coast Guard Cutter KINGFISHER provides assistance to NOAA Fisheries and Florida Wildlife Commission members in an attempt to free an entangled Northern Right Whale 60 miles east of Jacksonville, Fla. The juvenile whale has been named "Kingfisher" by the rescuers involved in appreciation of the assistance offered by the captain and crew of the Coast Guard Cutter.
