Description: INDIAN OCEAN (July 12, 2010) Marine Corps Staff Sgt. Bryce Cannon, assigned to the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Detachment of Combat Logistics Battalion (CLB) 15, shoots an M39 Enhanced Marksmanship Rifle (EMR) while his spotter Sgt. Nicholas Hill, assigned to Weapons Company of 1st battalion, 4th Marines, observes through a scope aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52). The M39 EMR is used to destroy unexploded ordnance from a safe distance. Pearl Harbor is part of Peleliu Amphibious Ready Group.
