Description: Version of the "Betsy Ross" design of the first flag of the United States (i.e. with 13 stars in a circle), shown with square canton and modern 19:10 flag proportions. Legend states it was created by Betsy Ross. The stars all face outward and represent a new constellation. This flag was used from 14 June 1777–1 May 1795.
