Description: Hypothetical prototype floating outpost studying colonization of Venus around 40 km above the surface supported by tori full of hydrogen and oxygen. Shielding against CMEs is provided by a retractable mylar/kevlar/aluminum dish and shelter compartments surrounded by water x. It can be also be combined with oxygen to generate water and power. During the waste cycle, dirty water is exposed to solar UV radiation which separates the hydrogen and oxygen molecules to restart the cycle. Visible at the top-right, sunshine reflecting from Earth and the Moon.
