Description: A view from the south-east aisle or presbytery chapel into the chancel of Wingfield parish church, Suffolk, showing (foreground) the altar-tomb with effigies of Michael de la Pole, 2nd Earl of Suffolk, and Katherine Stafford, c.1420; on the north side opposite (centre), the canopied tomb with effigies of John de la Pole, 2nd Duke of Suffolk (died 1492) and his wife Elizabeth Plantagenet; and across (left) the high-canopied tomb and effigy of Sir John de Wyngefeld (died 1361), possibly re-set in its present position.
