As of the census of 2000, there were 122 people, 48 households, and 36 families residing in the town. The population density was 214.1/km2 (567.0/mi2). There were 55 housing units at an average density of 96.5/km2 (255.6/mi2). The racial makeup of the town was 43.44% White and 56.56% Black or African American.
There were 48 households, out of which 22.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.0% were married couples living together, 14.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.0% were non-families. 20.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 14.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.54 and the average family size was 2.94.
In the town, the population was spread out, with 22.1% under the age of 18, 11.5% from 18 to 24, 19.7% from 25 to 44, 23.0% from 45 to 64, and 23.8% who were 65 years of age or older.
