Malanje (also Malange) is the capital city of Malanje Province in Angola. There are 222,000 people. Nearby is the beautiful Calandula waterfalls, 85 km from the city. Pedras Negras de Pungo Andongo are large black rocks. The greatest dam in the country is in Malanje.
