Mesocco is a municipality in Moesa in the canton of Graubünden in Switzerland.
This municipality is the farthest north in the Misox valley. It is one of the largest in the canton. The secondary school for the area, the local district courts, and many government offices are in Mesocco. It consists of the village of Mesocco with eleven sections, including the mountain village of San Bernardino.
