Mildred is a city in Allen County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 28.

History
Mildred was founded in 1907 when a cement plant was established there. The city was named for the daughter of J. W. Wagner a local industrialist. For much of the twentieth century, the city was served by the Missouri–Kansas–Texas Railroad, which maintained a passenger depot in the city, as well as spur lines that served the cement plant and the grain elevator.

Mildred is located at 38°1′22″N 95°10′25″W / 38.02278°N 95.17361°W (38.022777, -95.173512). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.21 square miles (0.54 km2), all of it land.

2010 census
As of the census of 2010, there were 28 people, 14 households, and 6 families residing in the city. The population density was 133.3 inhabitants per square mile (51.5/km2). There were 21 housing units at an average density of 100.0 per square mile (38.6/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 82.1% White, 10.7% African American, and 7.1% Native American. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 7.1% of the population.
There were 14 households, of which 28.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 35.7% were married couples living together, 7.1% had a male householder with no wife present, and 57.1% were non-families. 57.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 21.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.00 and the average family size was 3.33.
The median age in the city was 46 years. 25% of residents were under the age of 18; 3.4% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 14.3% were from 25 to 44; 39.3% were from 45 to 64; and 17.9% were 65 years of age or older. The gender makeup of the city was 57.1% male and 42.9% female.
