Mill Creek is a village in Union County, Illinois, United States. The population was 65 at the 2010 census.

Geography

Mill Creek is located at 37°20′32″N 89°15′8″W / 37.34222°N 89.25222°W / 37.34222; -89.25222 (37.342142, -89.252261).

According to the 2010 census, Mill Creek has a total area of 0.386 square miles (1.00 km2), of which 0.38 square miles (0.98 km2) (or 98.45%) is land and 0.006 square miles (0.02 km2) (or 1.55%) is water.

There were 29 households, out of which 44.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.2% were married couples living together, 3.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 34.5% were non-families. 27.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.62 and the average family size was 3.26.

In the village, the population was spread out, with 31.6% under the age of 18, 5.3% from 18 to 24, 39.5% from 25 to 44, 14.5% from 45 to 64, and 9.2% who were 65 years of age or older.
