North McNary is an unincorporated community in Benton County, Washington, United States, located immediately north of Umatilla, Oregon on the north bank of the Columbia River near McNary Dam.
The community was established in 1947 as a delivery point for construction materials for construction of McNary Dam. The dam was named by railroad officials in honor of U.S. Senator Charles L. McNary of Oregon.
