Wikieup is an unincorporated community located on U.S. Route 93 in Mohave County, Arizona, United States. It is located approximately 139 miles (224 km) northwest of Phoenix and 162 miles (261 km) southeast of Las Vegas. In 2000, the population of Wikieup's ZCTA was 305.

- Donald Machholz (born 1952), is an American amateur astronomer who is number one in the world for visual comet discoveries. Machholz is credited with the visual discovery of 12 comets and currently resides in Wikieup.
