The Spantik-Sosbun Mountains are a group of mountains in the Karakoram range. They are what is called a subrange, or a smaller mountain range inside of a larger one. This subrange is located in Gilgit-Baltistan, in Pakistan.

The highest mountain is Spantik, which is 7,027 metres (23,054 ft) high. The other mountain after which the subrange is named is Sosbun Brakk, which is 6,413 metres (21,040 ft) high.

The Spantik-Sosbun Mountains are about 120 kilometres (75 mi) long, going mostly east–west. The northern border is the Hispar and Biafo Glaciers. On the southwest, the Barpu Glacier and the Chogo Lungma Glacier separate these mountains from the Rakaposhi-Haramosh Mountains. On the southeast, the Braldu River is the border between this subrange and the Mango Gusor Mountains.
