Van Horne House is a historical building in Somerset County, New Jersey. It was built in 1750. It was called Phil's Hill because it was owned by Philip Van Horne.
The house was the headquarters for two American generals, Benjamin Lincoln in 1777 and William Alexander in (1778-79). It was also used as headquarters by the Heritage Trail Association starting in 2000. It was to the National Register of Historic Places on March 8, 2002.
